Join us as we explore the transformation from a blank slate to a meticulously crafted masterpiece.
Before: The Blank Slate
Every great project starts with a vision, and Bell Rd. was no exception. The new build provided a fresh canvas, a blank slate that held endless possibilities. Our team embarked on an exciting journey to transform this space into a home that balances style and functionality, ensuring each room not only meets but exceeds the expectations of modern living. With the foundation set, we moved forward to bring this vision to life, focusing on creating spaces that would shine with personality and charm.
Selections: Crafting the Details
The Heart of the Home: Kitchen
The kitchen, often considered the heart of the home, was designed to be both welcoming and practical.
Cabinets: We selected Shiloh Inset Cabinetry with the Hanover Door and matching drawer fronts. The perimeter cabinets received a sleek Polar Paint Finish, while the island, hood, and floating shelves were adorned with a natural stain on alder wood, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Hardware: For a touch of elegance, we chose Hardware Resources. The doors feature Elara knobs in Matte Black, while the drawers are accented with Boswell pulls, also in Matte Black, providing a cohesive look.
Countertops and Backsplash: The countertops are made from Arizona Tile Quartz in New Venatino Grey, a choice that complements the Bedrosians Cloe Subway tiles in White Gloss used for the backsplash. This combination brings a subtle sophistication to the kitchen.
Flooring: The flooring is Longust Galleno, sized at 8×48, in the color Mustang. This choice adds an earthy tone that ties the entire room together seamlessly.

Bathrooms: Elegance and Functionality
Each bathroom in the Bell Rd. project was designed with distinct touches to cater to different tastes while maintaining an overall theme of elegance and functionality.
Primary Bath: A statement shower with Bedrosians Vivace tiles in Caviar Gloss sets the tone in this serene space. The natural finish cabinetry from Shiloh complements the Arizona Tile Quartz countertops, creating a harmonious balance. The tub surround mirrors the shower’s Caviar Gloss tiles, while the floor features the Bedrosians Vivace Incline Rice Matte, adding textural interest.

Bath 2, 3, and 5: Utilizing Waypoint’s 410F shaker cabinets painted in Stone, these bathrooms maintain a subtle appearance with a pop of dark color on the floor. The choice of Emser Catch Subway tiles in Ice Gloss for the walls creates a classic, timeless look, while the floor features Emser Heska Hexagon tiles in either Silver or Black, enhancing the subtle yet sophisticated vibe.

Powder Room: Here, we opted for Waypoint 410F shaker cabinets painted in Linen. The standout feature is the purple wallpaper, adding a vibrant touch to the otherwise subtle cabinetry.
Guest Bath: The guest bath continues the theme of subtle elegance with Waypoint cabinets painted in Stone and Arizona Tile Quartz countertops.
Additional Spaces: Function Meets Fun
Laundry and Dog Wash: These areas feature Waypoint 410F shaker cabinets in Painted Linen and Arizona Tile Quartz countertops. The fun begins with the flooring, where we used Arizona Tile Castlebrick Subway tiles in a Gray Herringbone Pattern, adding a playful twist to the practicality of the space.
Game Room: The flooring in the game room is a departure from the main floor, featuring Longust Gosford Park tiles in Foliage. This choice introduces a slight blue hue, setting a playful tone that encourages relaxation and enjoyment.
Design: Bringing It All Together
Kitchen: Subtle and Earthly
In designing the kitchen, we aimed for a subtle yet impactful aesthetic, utilizing natural tones and finishes that provide warmth and a welcoming feel. The combination of polished cabinetry and natural wood highlights creates a space that is both sophisticated and inviting.

Primary Space: Statement Elements
The primary bath was designed to make a statement. The shower and floor elevate the space, while the natural finish cabinetry adds an organic touch. This room exemplifies the perfect marriage of bold elements with understated elegance.

Subtle Touches Across Spaces
In other bathrooms like Bath 2, 3, 5, and the Guest Bath, the design remains subtle, allowing the individual elements to shine without overpowering the overall aesthetic. The use of pops of dark flooring and subtle cabinetry choices ensures each space has its unique character while contributing to the cohesive design of the home.
Creative Flourishes
The Powder Bath and Game Room both showcase a willingness to play with color and texture. The powder bath’s purple wallpaper and the game room’s unique flooring choice demonstrate how accents and finishes can inject life and personality into spaces.
The Final Reveal
As we conclude our journey through the Bell Rd. project, it’s clear that this new build is more than just a house—it’s a carefully curated home. Every element, from the bold showers to the understated vanity cabinets, has been thoughtfully chosen to create a harmonious living environment. The use of accent walls and subway tiles, combined with bold colors and intricate cabinetry, ensures that this home is both functional and beautiful.
