We did a complete remodel with Builders Flooring and Design: kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! The process in this time of supply chain issues could not have gone more smoothly. Builders Flooring and Design had so many options, making it difficult to decide, they couldn’t have had more patience.

We worked with Caleb and Kelly in the office to guide us through our decisions, very friendly and helpful. The timeline was planned out and the workers arrived like clockwork. Demolition began and our project was underway. The recommended electrician, plumbers, cabinet and tile installers were efficient and professional. The hardest part was waiting through holidays and the wait for cabinets (we were informed at the beginning of the project, the timeline including holidays-we were just so anxious for completion). The cabinets are absolutely beautiful! Tons of compliments!

We chose Shiloh inset cabinets in the color of cadet, makes our house look completely different. We used the same cabinetry throughout (kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms). We updated with drawers in the lower cabinets- sooo much easier to access items. The quartz countertops we selected are stunning. Our tile floors (21” square on the diagonal) make the house feel so spacious and easy to maintain with 4 dogs. The downside is now we “need” new furniture. We highly recommend Builders Flooring and Design based on our experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use them for future projects.

We used Builders Flooring & Design two remove our old tile and install luxury vinyl planks by Eternity. We heard horror stories about the amount of dust generated from tile removal, but this company has dust capturing tools that work fantastic. They are also experts in laying LWP, especially on stairs. They had the stair noses made out of the LWP and it looks incredible!! We highly recommend them!!

We had previously used Builders for our kitchen remodel, and when we moved into a new house, we went to them for our new floors. We chose a beautiful wood-look tile for most of the house, and a hexagon for our laundry. Caleb and his team were very professional, and kept us up to date on the timeline and progress. The floors came out absolutely wonderful, and the team put in a lot of work prepping our slab to make sure they would stay that way. We would highly recommend Builders!

The project manager, designers and owners were phenomenal to work with. From end to end they are very professional and the workmanship is top notch. The selection they have in their show room is pretty extensive which gave us plenty of choice when deciding on material for our project.

When it came time to pick material, and as the project progressed, Caleb, the Project Manager was able to step in and make suggestions and recommendations which made the process go very smoothly. Because of his recommendations we ended up with a very consistent flow throughout the house which gets tons of compliments. They completely transformed our space with new flooring, baseboards, cabinets and countertops and it turned out amazing. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

We recently experienced some water damage to our upstairs laundry room and loft area. We visited quite a few flooring stores and didn't feel comfortable with any of them, this changed once we stopped by Builders Flooring and Design. Their pricing system is great, pricing is displayed easily for customers to see, and the staff was very helpful.

We decided to replace our upstairs loft area, laundry room, traffic areas, bathroom and stairs with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. The installation turned out GREAT and was done in a timely manner. There were a ton of choices of flooring to choose from, we are happy with the choice we made, it is perfect. I highly recommend Builders Flooring and Design! Thank you all!

We're so happy with our new countertops, backsplash and flooring! Caleb and the team were easy to work with and stayed close to our projects as they were happening.

We're new to the area and this was our first time updating a house with new countertops and flooring. We appreciated Caleb's fast and honest responses for all of our questions. At the end of each work day, the team would update us on the next step in the project and kept their work area extremely clean.
